Toughest/Most Rare Kentucky plates: The "B" (a.k.a. 1910 - 1911), and the "L", (a.k.a 1911 - 1912) old Kentucky porcelain license plates start any list of rare tags from that jurisdiction; but before we get to the 1912 - 1913 "M", we must add the tin 1914.
